General Questions What is Cbasse? Cbasse is a premium Social Medie platform where creators can share their work and interact with their community. We provide the infrastructure for secure content hosting and easy monetization.
How do I create an account? Simply click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage. You can register with your email address or use our Google Sign-In for a faster experience.
Is my data safe? Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and follow strict GDPR guidelines to protect your personal information. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
For Members (Users) What are Credits and how do they work? Credits are our virtual currency. You can purchase Credits to unlock individual posts, videos, or messages from your favorite creators.
Can I get a refund for Credits? According to our Terms of Use, Credits are digital goods that are consumed or made available immediately upon purchase. Therefore, they are non-refundable.
How do I cancel a subscription? You can manage your subscriptions in your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel at least 48 hours before the current term ends.
For Creators To become a creator, you must verify your identity in your profile settings by uploading a valid ID. This is a legal requirement to ensure the safety of our community.
Safety & Content What content is prohibited? We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content, violence, non-consensual media, or anything involving minors. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for a full list of prohibited items.
How do I report a violation? Every post has a "Report" button. Our moderation team reviews reports 24/7 and takes action against any content that violates our guidelines.
I forgot my password. What should I do? Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. We will send you a link to reset your password to your registered email address.
Technical Support The site is not loading correctly. What can I do? Please clear your browser cache or try using a different browser. If the problem persists, check your internet connection.
