Overview

The following Terms and Conditions establish the legal agreement between you (referred to as the "Member" or "User") and Cbasse (the "Provider"). These terms are accessible at any time and may be viewed, downloaded, or saved by the Member, even after the registration process is complete.

By accessing the services offered by the Provider and checking the box "I have read and agree to the Terms of Use" (or a similar confirmation), you acknowledge and accept these terms as binding. Any conflicting terms or conditions provided by the Member shall be excluded from this agreement.

Cbasse maintains the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Should any changes occur, we will notify you via email at least four weeks before the new version takes effect. If you do not formally object to the updated terms within four weeks of receiving our notification, they will be considered accepted. In the event of an objection, the Provider reserves the right to end the contractual relationship. We will explicitly inform you of the importance of this four-week notice period and the consequences of an objection within the notification email.

Service Description and User Registration.

The legal agreement for all services provided is established directly with Cbasse. Our platform is designed for natural persons of legal age (18+) and supports both personal and commercial account usage. As a member of Cbasse, you are granted the ability to browse profiles containing media such as photos and videos, interact with other users, and share your own original content.

Joining the Cbasse community and basic use of the platform is free of charge. However, members have the opportunity to monetize their own uploaded content by selling access in exchange for virtual "Credits." Additionally, the Provider may offer specific premium features that require payment. All paid services will be clearly identified, and activation is entirely at the discretion of the user.

Users can acquire the virtual currency ("Credits") through the Cbasse platform. Please note that these Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged back for the original purchase price once the transaction is complete.

Furthermore, Cbasse maintains high standards for community interaction. We expect every member to treat others with respect and maintain a professional and civilized tone in all communications.

SCOPE OF SERVICES.

Cbasse provides an online platform that allows users to upload, share, and view digital content provided by the community. The core service of the Provider is to grant and maintain access to this web portal and its features.

The Provider maintains the right to review any uploaded data, including profile details (such as usernames and images), before or after they become public. At its sole discretion, Cbasse may decline, modify, or remove content and may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts. Such actions are typically taken if there is a breach of these Terms, a violation of legal regulations, or if fraudulent information is detected. In the event of an account block due to such violations, any pending claims for commissions or payouts will be forfeited.

To ensure a secure environment, Cbasse reserves the right to verify the identity and authenticity of its members. We may request specific documentation, such as identification copies or verification photos. Failure to provide requested documents may result in the immediate deactivation of the account.

Access to the platform and the right to publish content are privileges, not absolute rights. Cbasse may issue a "virtual ban" to any user who violates these terms, breaks the law, or disrupts the community's harmony. Users who have been banned are strictly prohibited from creating new accounts. Any attempt to bypass a ban by using aliases will lead to the deletion of the data, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action (such as injunctions) against repeat offenders.

In cases involving severe personal attacks, harassment, defamation, or any criminal activity, Cbasse reserves the right to report the incident to law enforcement. The decision to modify, block, or ban a user rests entirely with the Provider.

Cbasse may modify, enhance, or limit the platform's features and services at any time. Should these changes affect paid services, the Provider will ensure fair handling or compensation.

Please note: Free accounts that remain inactive for a period exceeding three months may be removed by the Provider without prior warning. In such instances, the user has no claim to data recovery or storage.

AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION.

By completing the registration on Cbasse, you submit an offer to enter into a service agreement with the Provider. During registration, you are required to provide a username, a valid email address, and a secure password. You may also use third-party "Connect" services (e.g., Facebook). By using these external login methods, you agree to the respective third-party terms and authorize the transfer of specific profile data to the Cbasse database.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account. Cbasse reserves the right to decline any registration offer at its sole discretion; there is no legal entitlement to a contract. Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the Provider.

The agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. However, if there are active subscriptions on your account, termination will only take effect once all current subscription periods have expired. The right to immediate termination for extraordinary reasons (good cause) remains unaffected for both parties.

GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE.

The legal status of adult content varies globally. In certain jurisdictions, such material is strictly prohibited, while others impose significant limitations or mandatory age-verification requirements. Please be aware that these legal frameworks are subject to frequent changes and differ greatly between countries and regions.

It is the exclusive responsibility of the user to verify the local laws of their current location before accessing any oriented material on Cbasse. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable regional regulations and statutes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND GRANT OF RIGHTS.

By uploading or transmitting any material (including texts, images, graphics, and video sequences), the Member grants Cbasse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and global license to use, adapt, display, host, reproduce, and distribute such content through our services. Furthermore, Members grant the Provider a free and unlimited right to utilize uploaded content for promotional purposes, including making it accessible on third-party platforms to advertise the Cbasse portal.

Members expressly agree that their public data may be featured in activity feeds, RSS services, and other external news channels (e.g., social media platforms). Additionally, you acknowledge that your profile, or segments of it, may be displayed alongside advertisements of any kind.

Cbasse acts as a platform and does not offer user-generated content under its own brand name.

We take intellectual property seriously. Cbasse will promptly remove any material that violates copyright laws or contains prohibited content upon receiving a valid notification. If a Member believes that any content on the platform infringes upon their personal or legal rights (such as image rights, trademarks, or copyrights), we request a detailed report. We will investigate all claims and take necessary action; any abuse of the reporting system will be penalized.

Performers visible in content hosted on the platform have the right to request the removal of such media if their explicit written consent was not provided or has been revoked. Such requests must be submitted in writing to the platform administration.

Cbasse provides Members with the opportunity to earn from sales to third parties. The specific terms of these earnings are governed by the separate Performer/Actor Agreement.

USER OBLIGATIONS AND CODE OF CONDUCT.

By registering with Cbasse, members commit to providing accurate, complete, and current personal details. You are required to update your information immediately if any changes occur. If you encounter issues updating your profile that are beyond your control, you must notify the Provider.

If the authenticity of your data is in doubt, Cbasse reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account and request official verification. Failure to provide such proof may lead to the permanent deletion of your account.

Please note that the termination of a contract or the deletion of an account does not revoke the previously granted rights of use. If a former member identifies their data in a past promotional campaign after their account has been closed, Cbasse will make reasonable efforts to remove such material upon notification.

Content Management and Purchases: Members may delete individual pieces of content. However, we recommend that content remains available for at least three months following its last purchase. By purchasing content, a user gains the right to view that material indefinitely as long as it remains on the platform. If a member removes content within three months of a user's purchase, the user may contact Cbasse support. In such cases, and where legally permissible, we may provide the content to the user via email.

Security and Liability: Account passwords must be kept confidential and never shared with third parties. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must change your password immediately and inform the Provider.

You guarantee that you possess all necessary rights to the material you upload and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, or personal rights). Cbasse may demand proof of ownership for any content at any time.

Prohibited Actions and System Integrity: Interactions on Cbasse must remain respectful. Harassment, threats, or insults toward other members are strictly forbidden. Personal data obtained through the platform must be treated with the highest confidentiality.

Any attempt to interfere with the technical integrity of Cbasse is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Cyberattacks (SQL injection, XSS, DDoS, Phishing, Brute Force).

Unauthorized automated access (bots, scrapers, or spiders).

Uploading malicious code or scripts.

Violations will be reported to the relevant law enforcement agencies.

Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold Cbasse, its affiliates, and their respective employees and representatives harmless from any third-party claims arising from the member's actions or content. This includes covering all legal costs, such as attorney and court fees, upon initial request.

Explicitly Prohibited Activities: The following actions will lead to immediate sanctions:

Illegal Advertising: Sharing contact details (phone numbers, emails, links) for external commercial purposes on Cbasse.

Spamming and Poaching: Attempting to redirect members to competing platforms.

Malicious Behavior: Bullying, defamation, or discriminatory acts.

Misuse: Using the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.

Cbasse reserves the right to perform random reviews of chat histories or investigate specific logs if there is a reasonable suspicion of a policy violation.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP) BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

This Usage Policy governs your conduct on Cbasse and applies to all content uploaded or shared. It is a core part of your agreement with us and defines the boundaries of permitted activity. All terms used here correspond to the definitions in our general Terms of Use.

1. General User Rules

Cbasse is for your personal use only. You are prohibited from selling, renting, sharing, or transferring your account or any content obtained from the platform to third parties.

You must use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with all applicable regulations.

Do not upload fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing material. Content that encourages violence, human trafficking, or illegal acts is strictly forbidden.

The exploitation or harm of minors (under 18) is strictly prohibited. This includes exposing them to any inappropriate material.

2. Prohibited Content Standards You may not post, display, or publish any content on Cbasse that:

Relates to Minors: Depicts or refers to persons under the age of 18.

Lacks Consent: Shows other individuals without written documentation certifying they are at least 18 years old and have given express consent to the use of their likeness.

Illegal Items: Promotes or depicts firearms, weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.

Harmful Acts: Encourages self-harm, suicide, or illegal acts.

Prohibited Sexual Content: Depicts incest, bestiality, necrophilia, rape, lack of consent, sexual coercion, torture, or extreme violence (including genital mutilation or non-consensual sadomasochistic abuse).

Sanitary/Waste Content: Involves urine, scatological, or excrement-related material.

Non-Consensual Media: Includes "revenge porn" or any sexually explicit material shared without the subject's prior and informed consent.

Illegal Services: Promotes escort services, sex trafficking, or prostitution.

Digital Manipulation: Contains "deepfakes" or doctored sexual content involving other users or persons without their consent.

Hate Speech: Intends to dehumanize, humiliate, or incite violence against individuals or groups.

Privacy Violations: Discloses private data (addresses, phone numbers, identification documents, financial info, or Cbasse login credentials) without written permission.

3. Location and Public Decency

Public nudity content must not be broadcast from jurisdictions where such acts are illegal.

Sexual acts must not be recorded in or transmitted from public spaces where members of the public are likely to witness them. (Private outdoor areas like backyards or remote nature spots are generally permitted).

4. Misleading and Commercial Activity

Do not give the impression that your content is endorsed, licensed, or produced by Cbasse.

Do not use the platform for "sextortion" (requesting money in exchange for removing content).

No third-party commercial activities (contests, product placements, or job ads) are allowed without our prior written approval.

Music Copyright: Do not upload content containing copyrighted music that requires royalty payments.

5. Protection Against Exploitation To prevent human trafficking and exploitation, all users agree to never create or distribute content associated with such crimes. Cbasse remains committed to international human rights standards, and any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the authorities,

   RIGHT OF REVOCATION WIDRAWAL

   In accordance with legal regulations for digital services, the right of withdrawal expires once the execution of the contract has begun. By activating a digital file or accessing any fee-based premium content on Cbasse, you expressly agree that the fulfillment of the contract begins immediately.

   You acknowledge that your right of revocation expires the moment the digital content is made available for retrieval or viewing. Accessing paid content constitutes the complete fulfillment of the contractual obligation. Consequently, since the service is consumed immediately upon access, any subsequent claims for refunds or buyer protection through third-party payment providers are excluded.

   SANCTIONS FOR POLICY VIOLATIONS Maintaining the integrity and safety of Cbasse is our highest priority. The Provider will impose sanctions on any member if there is concrete evidence of a violation of legal regulations, third-party rights, or these Terms and Conditions.

   When determining the appropriate sanction, Cbasse will consider the severity of the violation and whether the misconduct was intentional or accidental. The following measures may be taken, listed from mildest to most severe:

   Formal Warning: A notification sent to the member regarding their conduct.

   Content Removal: Partial or complete deletion of the member's uploaded materials.

   Usage Restrictions: Limiting specific functions or features of the platform for the member.

   Temporary Suspension: A timed block on the member’s account.

   Permanent Ban: Immediate termination of the account and a permanent "virtual ban" from the platform.

   In cases of permanent bans due to severe violations, the member is strictly prohibited from re-registering under a different name or identity.

   WARRANTY AND AVAILABILITY The technical infrastructure and databases provided by Cbasse are maintained according to current industry standards. While we strive to ensure the highest possible availability of our services, access may be temporarily restricted due to factors beyond our control (e.g., force majeure, third-party failures) or necessary maintenance work.

   Cbasse does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. We are not liable for downtimes caused by essential maintenance or unforeseen technical errors that could not have been prevented by a conscientious programmer. Furthermore, the Provider does not guarantee the permanent storage or authenticity of uploaded content. If an account is suspended or deleted due to a policy violation, the user has no legal claim to the retrieval of stored data or communications.

   LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Claims for damages against the Provider are generally excluded, except in cases of willful intent or gross negligence. Cbasse is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of user-generated content hosted on the platform.

   INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All proprietary rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights related to the Cbasse platform, its technical elements, and its aggregated data, are the exclusive property of the Provider. The individual rights of members to the content they personally upload remain unaffected.

   The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Cbasse:

   Modifying or removing copyright notices or other proprietary marks from the website.

   Using our database to create a separate database or for any commercial data exploitation.

   Linking or integrating our database (or parts of it) with external meta-databases.

   Publishing screenshots, video recordings, or film sequences of the Cbasse platform (in whole or in part).

   We reserve the right to pursue both civil and criminal legal action in the event of such infringements.

6. Credits are digital goods that are consumed or made available immediately upon purchase. Therefore, they are non-refundable.

   FINAL PROVISIONS The legal relationship between the user and the Provider is governed by the laws of the Provider's jurisdiction. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive the user of the mandatory protection granted by the laws of their country of habitual residence (favorability principle).
