Terms and Conditions for Cbasse Overview These terms govern the agreement between you as a user (hereinafter "Member") and the platform Cbasse (hereinafter "Provider").

Consent: By using our services and confirming the box "I accept the Terms and Conditions" (or similar), you agree to be bound by these rules. Member-specific terms and conditions will not be recognized.

Amendments: Cbasse reserves the right to adjust these terms. We will inform you of changes via email 4 weeks in advance. If you do not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted. In case of an objection, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the platform.

Storage: You can view these terms on our website at any time and save them for your records.

Subject of Contract and Services The contractual relationship is established directly with Cbasse. The platform is intended for natural persons of legal age who register for private or business purposes.

Core Functions: Members have the opportunity to view profiles of other members containing photos, texts, videos, and other information. Furthermore, members can upload their own content and interact with others.

Free Use: Registration and basic community use are permanently free of charge.

Paid Services & Credits: Members can offer their uploaded media in exchange for "Credits" (virtual currency). Cbasse also reserves the right to offer specially marked premium services (e.g., profile upgrades) for a fee. These options are clearly marked and only become subject to a charge upon active selection by the member.

Wallet System and Virtual Currency (Credits) To use paid functions or media, members can purchase the virtual currency "Credits" via their personal wallet on Cbasse.

Purchase Process: Topping up the wallet is done manually using the payment methods provided on the platform. Various top-up options and package sizes are displayed in the checkout area. The user selects the desired amount and completes the purchase via the chosen payment service provider.

No Refunds: Once purchased, Credits cannot be returned for a refund of the amount paid. Since these are digital goods credited immediately to the user's wallet, a revocation after provision is excluded.

Code of Conduct (Community Standards) Cbasse values respectful interaction. The provider expects a cultured and appreciative tone from every member. Insults, harassment, or illegal content will lead to immediate exclusion from the platform.

Provision of Services Cbasse provides an online portal where members can upload content and access content from others. The provider enables access within the scope of technical possibilities. The primary contractual service is granting access to this portal.

Cbasse reserves the right to review uploaded content (including profile names/pictures) before publication and may reject, correct, or delete it at its own discretion. Accounts may be temporarily or permanently blocked, especially in case of violations of these terms, legal regulations, or false information. In such cases, outstanding claims of the member shall expire.

To ensure authenticity, Cbasse reserves the right to verify member accounts (e.g., via ID copies or verification photos). Failure to comply may lead to account deletion. There is no legal claim to the use of Cbasse services. In case of violations, a "virtual ban" may be issued. Banned members are not permitted to re-register.

Conclusion of Contract and Termination By registering, you make an offer to enter into a user contract. Registration requires a username, email, and password. Only one account per person is permitted. The contract can be terminated by either party at any time. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

Paid Offers and Remuneration Members can earn credits by offering content. Cbasse acts as an intermediary. Earnings are credited minus an intermediary commission. A valid ID is required for withdrawals. Details are regulated in the Payment Policy.

Subscriptions for specific profiles may be offered. These can be canceled at any time with a 48-hour notice period to the end of the term; otherwise, they renew automatically.

Member Warranties As a member, you guarantee that:

You and all persons depicted were at least 18 years old at the time of recording.

You hold all usage rights to the published material.

All persons depicted have consented to the publication.

Regional Use Restrictions Cbasse acts only as an intermediary. You confirm that you are not in a country where such services are prohibited. Use is only permitted where legally allowed. Cbasse reserves the right to block access from certain regions due to regulatory risks.

Use Cbasse for personal use only; do not sell or share your account.

Do not upload illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content.

No content showing persons under 18.

Prohibited content: Firearms, drugs, self-harm, incest, bestiality, non-consensual violence, necrophilia, excrement-related material, "revenge porn," or escort services.

No "Deepfakes" or non-consensual sexual objectification.

No unauthorized commercial activities (spam, poaching members).

To protect against exploitation, all users agree not to create content associated with human trafficking or violence.

Revocation Policy (Right of Withdrawal) The right of withdrawal expires for digital services (pursuant to § 356 para. 4 no. 2 BGB) once execution has begun. By topping up your wallet or accessing paid content, you expressly agree that execution begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, thus waiving your right of withdrawal. Buyer protection functions (e.g., via Paysera or PayPal) are excluded for fulfilled digital services.

Sanctions Cbasse may impose sanctions for violations, ranging from warnings and content deletion to temporary or permanent blocking (virtual ban).

Warranty and Liability The database corresponds to the current state of technology. Cbasse does not guarantee 100% availability or permanent storage of content. Liability is excluded except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected.

Database Rights All rights to the database and system belong to Cbasse. Unauthorized use, scraping, or publication of screenshots/film recordings of the Cbasse website is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Final Provisions The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. For consumers, the "favorability principle" applies regarding mandatory local laws. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
